Alpaca Knitting Yarn

Alpaca yarn that has been hand dyed by me. Skeins are 50g (approx 100m in length 8 ply and 180m in length 4 Ply) and I usually have 3 skeins of each colourway available, although I can dye more if extra skeins are required. PRICE IS PER 50g SKEIN.

Commercially spun at a mill in New Zealand. Fibre sourced from various alpaca farms throughout NZ Knitting information as follows: 50g ball 4 Ply - uses 3 or 3.25mm needles. 3 colours available. Approx 183m Very warm and very soft to wear - Alpaca does not have the prickle factor associated with sheeps wool. Also does not have lanolin. POSTAGE NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE - please enquire

The white and brown is 95% alpaca and 5% Merino. The black is 100% alpaca
